17e Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding conditions governing use of the 17e platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of and agreement to all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
By registering an account or using any part of the 17e platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you expressly and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 17e platform.
Use of the 17e platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 17e reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.
These terms apply to all 17e platform users regardless of location within Malaysia, device type, or method of access. They also cover all updates and amendments published from time to time without separate notice to individual users.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and account information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 17e reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using a false identity, inaccurate information, or creating multiple accounts for unauthorised purposes.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 17e support immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited conduct
- Using the platform for illegal activities or fraud
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt platform systems
- Sharing your account with others
- Using automated software (bots) to interact with the platform
Account suspension and closure
17e reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity. In the event of suspension, any valid account balance will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedure before any withdrawal is approved.
Payment Policy, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 17e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including TNG eWallet and transfers via the FPX system (online banking). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or eWallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment verification. 17e is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed after user identity verification. The recipient account name must match the name registered on the platform. 17e reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if further review is required.
17e reserves the right to freeze transactions and request supporting documents if there are signs of suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with its anti-money laundering policy.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform liability limits
17e is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and visual elements on the 17e platform are the exclusive property of 17e or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-party links
The 17e platform may contain links to third-party websites or services such as game providers or payment processors. 17e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law and Contact Us
Right to amend terms
17e reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without separate notice to individual users. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels agreed upon by both parties, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
